Holiban owns over 20 sets of injection molding equipments, including: advanced process centers, large-scale wire-cutting machines, large-scale electric impulse machines, precision sculpting machines and other metal processing machines, 34 sets of injection mold machines with clamping force ranged from 68 tons to 800 tons. All these devices enables Holiban to produce various engineering plastic injection mold including PP, PC, POM, PA, PA66 series. What's more, Holiban possesses advanced 3D inspection devices that can be applied to controlling methods, and further increase the precision of our plastic injection mold.
In 2007, output value of Holiban Mold reached 40 million RMB, including 8 million RMB for molds, 32 RMB for product processing. The facility utilization rate was 30%~40%, equipment utilization rate 50%, and injection mold processing capability 50%. There is abundant space for further development and factory upgrade.
